Is my order placed?

If you made your purchase and the order number is displayed on the website, your order has been placed correctly. How to track the order status?

You won’t miss anything if you have entered the correct e-mail address - it's worth checking! Every time the status of your order changes, we will send you an email with details Do you have an account in our e-shop, were you logged when you placed an order? You can check the current status in the ORDERS tab, after logging in.

 

I changed my mind! How to cancel an order?

After approval of the order, its modification is unfortunately not possible. You can always cancel your order by contacting us immediately after placing it: +48 539 538 270 Mon.-Fri 8am - 4pm [email protected] If we confirm that the package has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel the order, just prepare its number.
