Complaints

You can file a complaint regarding a product purchased from the coccodrillo.eu online shop as follows:

   1. Fill in the complaint form available at your customer profile.
   2. Pack the product(s) to be returned. Attach the receipt (A4 format), which will certainly facilitate and accelerate the complaint process.
   3. Send the product(s) at your expenses by courier to the following address:
