We will refund all payments made within 14 days of receiving the parcel. You can track the status of your package on the carrier's website by the number of the waybill.
Can I exchange an ordered product for another?
The product does not fit, you want to exchange it for another? Use the return procedure and place a new order. At the moment, this is the only option available.
You have 24 months to submit a complaint for products purchased in the coccodrillo.eu online store. For a quick and efficient process, send us the product, along with a legibly filled complaint form (download here). Within 14 days of receiving the package by us, you will receive a message from us with the status of the complaint.
